A symbol of what the Commission stands for

The diamond embodies the qualities of toughness, strength and transparency, key attributes in any anti-corruption endeavor. It originates as a rough piece of gem, and is only brought up to its state of gloss and shine through laborious grinding and polishing. This symbolizes the unremitting and tenacious efforts of ACC in the reformation and rehabilitation of the corrupted through its comprehensive program of prosecution, prevention and education and advocacy.
The diamond is supported by a sturdy straight spine, which, besides symbolizing the ‘straight path', also serves as a timely reminder that we should tread the straight path as indicated in the Holy Quran.
Emblazoned across the logo is the equivalent of the initials of “Anti Corruption Commission” (ACC) in the Bangla language “ DUDOK ”. |
