The Operational Framework is best represented by a 4-legged table with the following symbolism.
Since the birth of ACC, the leadership of the organization has been touring around the country to interact with the civil society, opinion leaders and government officials to find out problems and solutions that would advance the anti Corruption initiatives further. 
The Commission envisages that it needs to project an image that is in keeping with its role and expectations. That ideal is defined by the following indicators:
- Work with Tough, Unyielding & Uncompromising Spirit
- Be Professional in all Dealings
- Be Assertive & Firm, yet not Over-bearing
- Ensure Impartiality & Fairness
- Be a Moral Compass for Society
Now in it's almost eight months of operation the Commission has set its sights on a very bold and ambitious plan to bring to fruition the short term mission and the long term vision which it has crafted. Yet, at the same time, it has not lost sight of the fact that the goals and targets which it set for itself are doable and attainable.
